Terms of Service for Itinerary Content and Services

Vegan Travel Adventures provides travel itineraries through free blog content, downloadable PDFs, and paid custom itinerary planning services. By accessing, downloading, or purchasing any content or services from us, users agree to these terms in their entirety:

1. Use at Own Risk

All itinerary materials and travel recommendations, whether free or custom, are provided for informational and personal use only. While we base our suggestions on real travel experience and research, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, safety, cost, or quality of any destinations, activities, accommodations, transportation, or third-party services mentioned in our content.

Travel inherently involves risks including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, trip delays, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances. Any actions taken based on our recommendations are at the user’s sole discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegan Travel Adventures disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our materials or services.

2. Information Accuracy and Updates

All travel information is accurate as of the date provided, but conditions change constantly. Prices, hours of operation, availability, entry requirements, safety conditions, and local regulations can change without notice. Users are solely responsible for verifying current information and conditions before making travel decisions or bookings.

3. Custom Itinerary Services

Our paid custom itinerary services provide personalized travel planning research and recommendations only. We are not a licensed travel agency and do not handle bookings, payments, or reservations for flights, accommodations, tours, or any third-party services. We do not guarantee the availability or pricing of recommended services at the time of travel.

All booking decisions and arrangements are the client’s sole responsibility. Clients must independently verify all travel requirements including but not limited to passports, visas, vaccinations, health advisories, travel insurance, and entry restrictions before departure.

4. Third-Party Services and Links

Our content may include recommendations for or links to external websites, booking platforms, tour operators, and service providers. These references do not constitute endorsements, and we are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. User interactions with external parties are governed by their own terms and are at the user’s own risk.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including itineraries, recommendations, text, images, and formatting is the exclusive intellectual property of Vegan Travel Adventures. In no event shall Vegan Travel Adventures be liable for any amount exceeding the fees paid by the client for custom services, if any. For free content, our liability is limited to zero dollars.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our content or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America.
